This helps by giving you a much fuller
look at the locations you need to travel to and allows you to group things more
efficiently, rather than driving all over town each time an errand arises. If
you decide Thursday is always your errand day, you can tell anyone who needs
your time that Thursday is your errand day and plan around it from there. The
other benefit is that it gives your brain four days off per week from errands.
Have the willpower to only allow errands to drive you one day a week and you
get the four other "business days" to yourself for what you want and
need to get done.

Make Meal Prep Really Pay Off!
Imagine all the savings you get from this one device:
-Load it up the night before and stick it in your fridge - pop it in as you leave for work. No fuss dinner and no need to eat out.
-Restaurant style meals at a fraction of the cost.
2 or 3 meals of leftovers or lunches - no grab and go or meal worries,
-You can use lesser cuts of meat (also cheaper) but still get a wonderful dish,
-And no oven set to 400 degrees in the middle of the summer heating up your house!
You might be saying "that's nice and all but where do I get a good recipe." Personally, I blog stalk the crockpot lady because, well, she rocks!

What's for Breakfast?
Ever find yourself in the morning so stretched for time that you skip breakfast all together? This can make for a very non-productive day as you suffer from morning hunger. Maybe McDonalds makes breakfast faster than you do. Do they really? Driving a little bit out of the way, waiting in the drive through can really eat up that saved time. How healthy is it? How much does it cost? Really - way too much!
