You don't want to be the home on
the block that brings other home values down but you don't need to be the top
either. Buying a nice home in a nice neighborhood is accomplishment enough.
Don't let others tell you how much you need to pay for a car or house, though.
Your job does not decide the exact car you drive although some jobs may
determine a bit of the choice.
Living in a less expensive neighborhood a little further
from work can give you a much nicer house for a lower price. The drive may be a
few minutes longer but it may also mean your boss doesn't call you in for
little things others could do.
How can you pay less so you can feed your pig?!
