Get a good boys clipper set with an adjustable attachment for length and a separate attachment for fading around the ears and neck. A simple boy cut can be quick and easy if you don't try to get too fancy. In my experience, cutting boy hair dry was the best. Girl hair can be cut short like boy hair or you can use scissors to cut longer lengths. If you are willing to try and have a patient child, kid's hair is painless. Girl hair of longer lengths I prefer to cut wet. Bangs need to be cut longer than you want them to appear when being cut wet or held taut. Husbands and wives, friends and family can all cut each other's hair. When dealing with adult images, though, cut with caution.
