Use cloth rags in place of paper towels and "Kleenex."

Again we used this as a way to dispose of old t-shirts. We sliced up a ton of t-shirts into 8X8 and 12X12 squares (not real carefully at all). Our house also has this nifty tube for filling with plastic sacks - and we have two of them! So we filled the second tube with cloth rags and there everyone knows they can get nose tissues or "paper towels" whenever they need them. I've heard of specific colors of rags also being used as "bathroom tissue" but we're not willing to go there. You might be, though!
