Package your meat from bulk into appropriate portion/meal packages

Large packages of meat are generally the cheapest. Our family would purchase the big package of 10 pounds of ground beef then divide it ourselves into ten single pound Ziploc bags. Consider doing this for anything you use regularly that you could divide for yourself to use over time or share the cost of the product.
